Real-World Experience
Our largest project, so far in 2020, included over 2000 miles mapped for a local Electric Co-Op. In cooperation with McCord Engineering, we have collected LiDAR data on over 2000 miles of utility lines for a Texas Co-Op to help bring high-speed internet to rural customers through-out their service area. This long-term project has rendered high-quality LiDAR data along with quality images of structures within their system.
Quality Data
The drone-based LiDAR returns over 500 points per meter squared, with an accuracy of 2cm X & Y and 5 cm Z. The LiDAR along with structural images taken at the same time can be used for engineering, vegetation management and inspection.
